Prawns Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients: Basmati Rice – 2 cups cooked one Oil – 2 tblspn Garlic – 5 fat cloves chopped finely Ginger – 1 tblspn chopped finely Green Chilli – 1 chopped finely Onion – 1 medium size chopped finely Capsicum / Green Bell Pepper – 1/2 chopped finely Soy Sauce – 1 tsp or to taste Vinegar or Lemon Juice – 1 tsp or to taste Salt to taste Sugar – 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp or to taste Spring Onion – a handful finely chopped For Marinating Prawns: Prawns – 12 medium size ones Salt to taste Chilli Powder – 1 tsp Vinegar or Lemon Juice – 1 tsp or to taste Soy Sauce – 1 tsp or to taste.
